Set a Clear Intention Before You Speak<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Have you ever caught yourself saying something without really thinking about why?\u2028NLP teaches us that every message carries an intention. Before you speak, pause and ask yourself: <i>What do I want to achieve?<\/i> How do I want the other person to feel?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Being mindful of your intention helps avoid misunderstandings and keeps conversations purposeful and positive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>2.
