People often think that the big turning points in life happen with noise, spotlights, big numbers, and applause. But today, it all happens quietly, inside me. And yet, it means everything.
Today, I officially launch Mentor Roots.
It’s real. It’s written. It’s happening.
And it feels even more emotional than I imagined. There is no big show, no music, no dramatic moment.
So much has led to this moment, months filled with doubts, passion, quiet hard work, unexpected changes, heart-led choices, and deep moments where I had to return to myself again and again.
That’s exactly why I choose to celebrate today as a real victory.
It may not look like a huge success to the outside world. But to me, it’s an act of trust. A a calling I couldn’t ignore, because every step we take toward our truth deserves to be honored.
As a coach, as an entrepreneur, and as a woman who chooses alignment every single day, I truly believe in the power of small victories.
The ones we often forget to celebrate because they don’t seem big enough.
But that’s where real growth begins, in the moments we move forward without certainty, but with courage and intention.
For a long time, I wrote quietly.
Articles, thoughts, feelings, not knowing if I would ever share them.
Then one day, it was clear: I couldn’t keep it to myself anymore.
So here it is. Starting today, every Monday and Thursday at 3:00 PM, I will publish a new article here. These pieces will be deep, honest, sometimes soft, sometimes strong, but always written from the heart.
I will write about what I live, what I learn, and what I observe in my work and in my daily life.
I will share tools from NLP, positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and above all, real and human truths.
My hope is that every word you read brings you something useful, something that nourishes your mind and awakens something in you.
Thank you for taking the time to read my words.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for being part of this new journey.
Avec vous, tout prend encore plus de sens.
See you Monday. See you Thursday.
And here’s to all the small victories we are finally learning to celebrate.
With love and intention,
Amal,
